About the Road Superintendent

Terry Haynes is the Unicoi County Road Superintendent and has served in this position since 1998. He resides in Flag Pond, Tennessee, with his wife Becky. He is dedicated on making sure Unicoi County roads are safe for our citizens and travelers.

Duties

• Maintain County Roads
• Patch broken or eroded pavement
• Repair Guard Rails
• Maintain County Road Signs
• Mowing and clearing brush
• Clean and clear debris from culverts
• Maintain County Bridges
